Thermal Imaging uses a very specialised camera along with real time computer analysis to capture snapshots of any physical entity under any conditions (e.g. under full load). A colour enhanced thermal image is produced which has a full temperature scale. This image shows any hotspots in the area analysed. The reports align the thermal image beside a digital photograph of the area to best observe any potential problems (see example). Any issues can then be identified and solutions proposed.

It is fast becoming an insurance requirement across the manufacturing industry. This used to be very expensive, but recent advancements in technology means this has become more affordable across all facets off industry. The benefits far outweigh the costs of the report

As happened with thermal imaging reports, insurance companies are now requesting clients to seriously consider Fire suppression systems to be installed in major control panels. These systems consist of a separate piping labyrinth that follows the critical path of the area / panel under protection. When the sensors threshold is exceeded, the FSS initiates and a controlled, equipment-friendly fire suppressant is released, thus minimising damage and production loss. By installing a fire suppression system, the advantages tdvantages to a company can be:
